When it comes to technical books i suggest:

When it comes to Swedish mountain books i will suggest:
Manker, De åtta årstidernas folk. Samt gränslösa fjäll from Anders Eijdsvik. And of course Blåhammarens dramatiska händelser from Rolf Eriksson

You are right about that Uffe. A good book is always a good way to prepare for the outdoor adventure. Specially the same people has a lot to tell about traditional and reliable ways of outdoor skills and methods.
